1. Application / Property Approval
Once you complete the FREE Airbnb Valuation form, our team will review your property and carry out a quick background check to prepare an accurate earnings estimate.
We’ll then get in touch to share how much your property could generate each month and arrange a viewing at the earliest convenience.
2. Agreement / Viewing
After viewing your property and confirming it meets our standards and that we’re both happy to move forward, we’ll provide you with a management contract.
This agreement will outline our terms, fees, and any pre-agreed work we’ll carry out on your behalf.
